Who we are

Point Blank Leads provides enriched UK company lead lists sourced from publicly available data. Our website is pointblankleads.co. For any data-related enquiries, contact us at tom@pointblankleads.co.

What data we collect

We collect two categories of personal data:

Customer data: When you submit our enquiry form or create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and optionally your phone number. We also store your order history and payment references (processed securely by Stripe).

Lead data: The lead lists we produce contain director information sourced from Companies House (a public register) and enriched using third-party services. This includes names, job titles, company addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profile URLs.

Lawful basis for processing

Customer data: We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (to fulfil your order) and legitimate interests (to communicate with you about our services).

Lead data: Director information sourced from Companies House is publicly available data published under statutory obligation. We process this data on the basis of legitimate interests for B2B marketing purposes, in line with ICO guidance on direct marketing using business contact data from public registers.

How we store and protect your data

Customer data is stored securely in our database hosted by Supabase (EU data centres). Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and we do not store card details. CSV files containing lead data are stored in encrypted cloud storage with time-limited access links that expire after 30 days.

Data retention

Customer account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. CSV download links expire after 30 days. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at tom@pointblankleads.co. We will respond within 30 days.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database and file storage), Cloudflare (website security), Prospeo (contact enrichment), and Serper.dev (search data). Each of these services has its own privacy policy and processes data in accordance with applicable laws.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only, required for account login sessions. We do not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels. No consent banner is required as we only use strictly necessary cookies.
