1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Point Blank Leads website and any data products purchased through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What we provide

Point Blank Leads provides lists of UK company and director data sourced from Companies House (a public register) and enriched using third-party data services. Data is delivered as a CSV file via a secure download link sent to your email address.

3. Data accuracy

All data is provided on an “as is” basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that every record will be complete or current. Companies House data reflects the public register at the time of extraction. Enriched contact details (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles) are sourced from third-party services and may not always be available or accurate.

4. Enrichment coverage

For Tier 2 and Tier 3 orders, enrichment coverage is approximate. We estimate that around 50% of directors will have enriched contact details. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual coverage varies depending on the age and type of companies in your list. All records include full Companies House data regardless of enrichment results.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the final price. There is a minimum order value of £10.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of data products, refunds are not available once your data has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from downloading your file, contact us and we will resolve it. If your order fails to process due to an error on our side, you will receive a full refund.

7. Acceptable use

Data purchased from Point Blank Leads is licensed for your internal business use. You may use it for direct marketing, recruitment, research, and other legitimate B2B purposes in compliance with applicable laws (including UK GDPR and PECR).

You must not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data as a competing data product or service.
• Use the data for any unlawful purpose, including unsolicited communications to individuals (as opposed to businesses).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our enrichment process or data sources.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Point Blank Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our data products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
